KSM Consulting (“KSMC”), a leading technology services firm specializing in IT, data analytics and management consulting, announced today that it has acquired Advocate Solutions, a 25-year-old IT services firm providing mission-critical program and project management for state and local government agencies.

The positive outcomes Advocate Solutions’ team has produced with business, digital, and health and human services solutions run parallel to those KSMC has delivered for its public sector clients in Indiana like data-driven responses to issues such as the opioid epidemic, child welfare and workforce development. KSMC will continue to serve Advocate clients across Ohio, Michigan, and Massachusetts, and looks to build upon its unique contact center partnership with Cincinnati Bell Technology Services.

KSM Consulting gains offices in Columbus, OH and Lansing, MI, because of this transaction. The acquisition of Advocate Solutions follows the June 2019 acquisition by KSMC of Connect Think, an Indianapolis-based app-development company.
