RENOVUS

2026

Mid-Year Review

The first half of 2026 has reinforced the strength of our Knowledge & Talent strategy, and we are glad to share some of the progress that has driven it.

Renovus Capital was ranked #1 globally among small-cap buyout firms in the HEC-Dow Jones Small-Cap Buyout study for the fourth consecutive year (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025).¹ Four consecutive years reflects the discipline of our investment strategy and the continued strong performance of our portfolio companies across the markets we know best: education, healthcare services, professional services, and IT services.

In the first six months of the year, we:

  • Deployed over $80 million in capital, fueling growth across our portfolio.
  • Supported 11 add-on acquisitions, adding scale and capability to our platform companies.
  • Welcomed seven new team members across our investment and operations teams, deepening our domain expertise and execution capacity.

This progress sets a strong foundation as we look toward the second half of the year.

Looking to the Second Half of 2026

We enter the second half of 2026 with conviction in where we’re spending our time. Our pipeline remains active across the Knowledge & Talent sectors we know best, and the team is focused on converting that activity into closed transactions over the next two quarters.

September brings our Annual LP Meeting, where we’ll do a deep dive on fund performance, portfolio company progress, and where we see opportunity heading into 2027.

Our Operating Partner Program has continued to expand this year, and the operators in that network are playing an increasingly active role inside our portfolio companies. We’re always looking to grow that bench: if someone in your network has the operating background to add value to one of our companies, we’d welcome an introduction.

We’re glad to keep these conversations going, whether the topic is a specific portfolio company or simply where we see the markets headed. Reach out anytime.

We appreciate your continued partnership and look forward to building on this momentum in the back half of the year.
