EducationDynamics Acquires Net Natives, Forming a Full-Spectrum Growth Partner for Institutions Worldwide

Wayne, PA – Renovus Capital Partners’ portfolio company, EducationDynamics (EDDY), the nation’s leading expert in higher education marketing, reputation, and enrollment strategy, announced the acquisition of Net Natives, a global, technology-enabled enrollment marketing agency.

The combined organization serves more than 400 institutional clients across more than 50 countries, backed by almost six decades of collective higher education expertise. The acquisition meaningfully expands EDDY’s addressable market, extending its reach to institutions across new geographies and segments. Together, they give institutions what the sector has lacked: a single growth partner that uses integrated strategies to move from insight to action, not a patchwork of separate solutions.

Brent Ramdin, CEO of EDDY, sees the acquisition as a boon for clients and higher education at large. “For too long, universities have had to stitch together separate vendors for strategy, marketing, and enrollment—and hope they add up,” said Ramdin. “EDDY and Net Natives change that. Together we can take an institution from understanding its market to filling its classes, anywhere in the world, as one accountable partner. This acquisition allows us to broaden our impact to the market with a genuinely unique model—one that connects strategy, execution, and data in a way that gives institutions a sustainable path forward, not just better tactics.”

Net Natives, headquartered in Brighton, UK, with offices in New York, has earned a reputation for helping institutions reach, engage, and grow key student audiences across undergraduate, graduate, and international segments. Its proprietary Akero platform gives institutions a clear view of the relationship between investment, engagement, and growth outcomes, providing a level of visibility and accountability rarely available in the sector.

Net Natives founder and CEO Steve Evans will serve as a Board Member and Chief Strategic Advisor to the combined business. “We have always believed institutions deserve greater visibility into what drives results and how investments translate into outcomes,” said Evans. “Joining EducationDynamics allows us to extend our global reach even further, combining our technology and audience expertise with their scale and sector experience to give more institutions a path to growth.”

In the coming months, EducationDynamics and Net Natives aim to redefine what institutions can expect from a growth partner, setting a new standard for how colleges and universities navigate an era of profound change.
