Renovus Capital Partners Exits Thought Logic Following Sale to Braemont Capital

WAYNE, PA — Renovus Capital Partners (“Renovus”), a private equity firm focused on investing in growth-oriented businesses in the Knowledge and Talent industries, today announced  from Thought Logic Consulting, LLC (“Thought Logic” or “the Company”), a senior-led, technology-enabled enterprise consultancy focused on business, platform, data, and AI transformation, following the Company’s recapitalization by Braemont Capital (“Braemont”), a relationship-driven investment firm that partners with companies at growth inflection points. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Renovus first partnered with Thought Logic in 2020, supporting the Company’s growth from a regional consultancy into a senior-led enterprise transformation firm serving Fortune 1000 clients nationwide. During Renovus’ ownership, Thought Logic completed multiple strategic acquisitions, expanded its capabilities across business, platform, data, analytics, and AI transformation, and built a national platform anchored to measurable client outcomes.

“Enterprises today are navigating a generational shift toward digital, data, and AI-enabled transformation, and our clients have trusted Thought Logic to guide them through exactly that kind of change for over a decade,” said Keith Roberts, Founder and CEO of Thought Logic. “Renovus’ partnership helped us build the talent, infrastructure, and ecosystem relationships to meet that demand at scale, and the acquisitions that expanded our platform gave us even more capability to deliver on it. Braemont’s experience scaling service-based businesses and deep conviction in our sector make them the right partner for our next chapter.”

“When we invested in Thought Logic in 2020, we saw a founder-led consultancy with an exceptional blue-chip client base and a real opportunity to build a broader technology and data platform around that trust,” said Atif Gilani, Founding Partner at Renovus Capital Partners. “Over the past several years, Keith and his team pivoted the business toward digital and AI transformation, completed two acquisitions, and tripled revenue,” added Renovus Vice President Jane Buckley. “We’re proud of what we built together and confident Braemont is the right partner to carry that momentum forward.”

Guggenheim Securities, LLC served as financial advisor to Thought Logic, and DLA Piper LLP served as legal advisor to Thought Logic and Renovus in connection with the transaction.
