Cecilia is the Manager of People and Projects on the Operations Team. She focuses her efforts on all personnel aspects of the firm. This includes recruiting, culture and employee engagement and special projects that collaborate with both internal and external resources. Prior to joining Renovus, Cecilia was a small business owner.
