JT is the Chief Compliance Officer on the Operations Team. Prior to joining Renovus, she served as Senior Financial Analyst at the Small Business Administration (SBA), where she oversaw risk and compliance for the 7(a)-loan guaranty program. Before that, JT oversaw compliance of the Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) program. She began her career in Silicon Valley, working for various high-tech start-up companies in the semiconductor equipment industry for 15+ years.
