Matt is a Partner at RCap Equity. He joined RCap from Third Arch Investments, a firm he co-founded and where he served as Partner. Prior to Third Arch, he was a Principal at Versa Capital Management. Earlier in his career, Matt was an Associate at FTI Consulting and an Investment Banking Analyst at Wachovia Securities.
