Superior Health Holdings Acquires Compassion Homecare and Sans Bois Hospice, Expanding into Oklahoma

METAIRIE, LA. / STIGLER, OK. — Superior Health Holdings (“Superior”), a portfolio company of Renovus Capital Partners, today announced the acquisition of Chant Healthcare (“Chant”), a leading provider of home health, homecare, and hospice services headquartered in Southeastern Oklahoma operating through two core entities — Compassion Home Care, which provides home health and homecare services, and Sans Bois Hospice. The transaction marks Superior’s entry into Oklahoma with services in both home health and hospice, along with personal care services across 11 counties.

Chant’s management team, including CFO Derek Lane and COO Stephanie Blair-Bryant, will remain in place to continue to run Chant’s operations.

The acquisition expands Superior’s geographic reach and service mix, establishing an adjacent-state presence in Oklahoma with a platform well-positioned for further expansion toward Oklahoma City and Tulsa. Chant’s large base of dual-eligible Medicaid waiver patients creates a durable referral funnel into higher-acuity home health and hospice services.

“This acquisition is a natural next step for Superior,” said David Martin, CEO of Superior Health Holdings. “Chant gives us an immediate presence in Oklahoma — in home health, homecare, and hospice — and a management team that knows these communities deeply. The combination of our operating capabilities and Chant’s local relationships positions us to grow meaningfully and serve more patients across the region.”

“We built Compassion and Sans Bois to deliver the best possible care to patients in rural Oklahoma, and we are proud of what our team has accomplished,” said owner, Jeremy Warren. “Joining Superior gives us the infrastructure and resources to expand our reach while preserving the mission and culture that have defined this organization. We look forward to the next chapter.”

“At Renovus, we invest in businesses built around specialized knowledge and talent, and Superior exemplifies that thesis,” said Pat Heath, Principal at Renovus Capital Partners. “The Chant team has built something exceptional in rural Oklahoma — strong clinical relationships, a differentiated referral network, and a genuinely integrated continuum of care. Bringing that together with Superior’s platform unlocks meaningful growth potential in a market that remains significantly underserved.”

Agenda Health acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Chant in connection with the transaction.
